Escaping Deliverance | A Photo-Poetry Collaboration: Every time you fire off your gun It makes me want to run Far away from here Just like the hunted deer…
When I write through life, my mind is made clear…
Constantly, I notice me fighting to maintain sanity on the path to individuality…
Hello everyone! I am excited to announce that I have been nominated by Nay Evans at Think. Write. Heal. Love. for the Versatile Bloggers Award!
Clouds of insecurity Lie beneath my freckled skin And they linger deep within…

A blurry moon rise
I use to soothe
how I feel
when I’m not sure
life could be real…
An old home
of the way things used to be
Earning respect by giving it,
and utilizing relationships
to spread knowledge…
the only path to peace…
You’re using me.
Do you think I can’t see?
I’m used to walking on eggshells,
It’s nothing new to me.

Looking for a way to be

It reminds me of the memories that shaped my personality.
When I was a kid, everything was different:
My outlook on life so shallow,
My idea of a future so narrow.
Society talks but it’s often wrong…its principles are oppressive, its values not strong.
The epitome of failure: it has to be one of the worst feelings on the planet. It’s when you know you’ve screwed up, when you have to admit it, when there’s nothing else for you to do but surrender, confess your wrongs and learn from your mistakes.
