AND I WON’T LET YOU STOP ME FROM TAKING RISKS
OR GETTING LOST.”
Do you have anxiety? I struggle the most with social anxiety and fear of failure. It’s tough to maintain awareness enough to calm myself down when I’m feeling like I can’t cope. I try to take deep breaths and let the senseless fears go but ultimately, getting rid of them takes a lot of repetitive effort and awareness. It isn’t easy.
How do you deal with anxious thoughts?
